Here’s how to access and understand it:
1. Open Your Automated Workflow
From your dashboard, head to the Connect → Workflows section.
Select the Automated Workflow you’d like to review.
2. Click View Automated Workflow Report
At the top of the Automated Workflow, you’ll see a small report card icon.
Click this to open your report.
3. Review the Report Details
Inside your Automated Workflow report, you’ll see:
Who is waiting ⏳: People currently in the Automated Workflow but who have not completed all the steps yet.
Who has been processed ✅: People who have already completed the Automated Workflow.
Totals at the top: A quick overview showing the number of people who’ve been processed and who are still waiting.
