How to View an Automated Workflow Report

Automated workflows help you follow up with guests and members consistently, but how do you know who has already gone through a workflow and who’s still waiting? That’s where the Workflow Report comes in. 📊

Here’s how to access and understand it:

1. Open Your Automated Workflow

  • From your dashboard, head to the Connect → Workflows section.

  • Select the Automated Workflow you’d like to review.

2. Click View Automated Workflow Report

  • At the top of the Automated Workflow, you’ll see a small report card icon.

  • Click this to open your report.

3. Review the Report Details

Inside your Automated Workflow report, you’ll see:

  • Who is waiting ⏳: People currently in the Automated Workflow but who have not completed all the steps yet.

  • Who has been processed ✅: People who have already completed the Automated Workflow.

  • Totals at the top: A quick overview showing the number of people who’ve been processed and who are still waiting.
