Here’s how to do it:
1. Go to the Task Section
From your dashboard, open the Tasks section.
2. Open the Task You Want to Update
Click on the task you’d like to edit.
This will open the task details.
3. Make Your Changes
Inside the task, you can update:
Task title (e.g., change from “Call Guest” to “Send Thank You Card”)
Assigned staff member 👤
Category (move to a different task group, like New Member Follow-Up)
Priority level 🔺
Due date 📅
Reminder notes for added clarity
4. Save Your Updates
Once you’ve made your changes, click Update Task.
Your edits will be saved, and the updated task will now appear in your task list.
