Imagine this: a first-time guest fills out your Connect Card, and instead of just receiving a text or email, they get a quick, personal call from a member of your team. That moment of connection can make all the difference. With the Calling feature from Text In Church, it’s now easier than ever to take your follow-up from good to great.

Step 1: Navigate to the Calling Section

Start by logging into your Text In Church dashboard. On the left-hand side, you’ll see “Calling.” Click that, and you’ll be brought to your Calling dashboard. This is where you’ll manage your settings and see everything you need to get started.

Step 2: Click “Add Now”

On your Calling dashboard, you’ll notice a button labeled “Add Now.” Click it to review the feature details and add it to your account. You can also update or review your payment information during this step, if needed.

Step 3: Review the Pricing

Calling is an add-on that costs just $10 per user per month. It’s a simple upgrade that unlocks powerful features like call logging, voicemail drops, and a dedicated ministry number—perfect for following up with guests, praying with members, or connecting with volunteers.

Step 4: Set Up Admin Permissions

Once you’ve added Calling, you’ll want to grant access to the right team members. You can easily assign calling permissions to your admins and users just like you do with any other feature. Whether it’s your follow-up team, small group leaders, or ministry assistants, giving them access takes just a few clicks.

Step 5: Start Making Ministry Happen

With Calling enabled, your team can:

  • Reach out to first-time guests personally.

  • Follow up with prayer requests or pastoral care.

  • Encourage volunteers with a quick check-in.

  • Build deeper connections with members who may not engage via text or email.

Why It Matters

We believe ministry is personal. Calling adds a human voice to your digital outreach, helping people feel known, noticed, and loved. It’s not about replacing what you’re doing—it’s about enhancing it with one more intentional layer of connection.
