If you're building a Connect Card and wondering what kind of questions you can add to gather the right information from your guests or members, you're in the right place.

Where to Manage Questions

After you’ve created or opened a Connect Card:

  • Click into the card

  • Go to the second page—this is where you’ll manage and add questions

You'll notice three fields are added by default:

  • Full Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

These are the essentials for starting a relationship—but let’s explore what else you can include 👇

Available Question Types

When you click “Add Question,” here’s what you’ll see:

  • Full Name

🗓 Plan-A-Visit Questions

  • Plan a Visit: Ask guests to choose a date and time for their visit

  • Pre-Register Kids: Capture children's names, birthdays, and special requirements—perfect for smooth check-in

✍️ Open-Ended Text Fields

  • Short Text: Ideal for quick answers (e.g., "What's your favorite coffee?")

  • Long Text: Great for prayer requests, feedback, or stories—anything that needs more space

🧠 Multiple Choice & Surveys

  • Multiple Choice: Let people select one or more answers from a list

  • Yes/No Question: Quick and clear

  • 1–10 Rating Scale: Great for feedback surveys

  • 5-Star Rating: A familiar way to measure satisfaction or experience

📅 Date & Number Fields

  • Date: Use this to collect birthdays, anniversaries, or preferred meeting dates

  • Number: Useful when you want guests to enter a quantity (e.g., “How many guests will attend with you?”)
