This tool allows you to see exactly when each message will be sent, what it will look like, and how your workflow will appear to a new guest or member.
Here’s how to simulate your Automated Workflow:
1. Open Your Automated Workflow
Head to the Automated Workflow you just created.
2. Click Simulate Workflow
Find the Simulate Workflow button at the top of your Automated Workflow screen.
This is your testing tool!
3. Choose a Recipient
Select the person or entity the Automated Workflow will simulate for.
Pro tip: Choose yourself 👋 so you can preview messages from the perspective of a confirmed guest.
4. Pick a Realistic Start Time
Set the start time as if someone just joined the group.
Example: Choose 1:00 p.m. to see how messages would flow for someone who connected at that time.
5. View the Simulation Results
The system will show you:
📅 The exact time and date each message will be sent
✉️ The actual emails, texts, or other steps in your Automated Workflow
This provides a clear picture of how your workflow unfolds over days or weeks.
