Automated workflows are one of the most effective ways to save time and maintain consistency in your communication.

Here’s how to add a template:

1. Go to the Automated Workflow Section

  • From your dashboard, head to the Connect & Workflows section.

  • Click the blue “Add New” button and select Create From Template.

2. Choose Your Automated Workflow Template

  • You’ll see a library of pre-built templates designed for everyday ministry needs.

  • For this example, let’s choose the Boomerang Builder™—our proven first-time guest follow-up Automated Workflow. 🎉

3. Select Your Steps

  • Each template comes with a series of pre-loaded steps.

  • You can:

    • ✅ Select all steps (recommended to start).

    • ✂️ Or remove steps you don’t need right now.

  • Don’t worry—you can always pause or make steps inactive later.

4. Fill in Your Church’s Information

  • To make your Automated Workflow personal, you’ll need to fill in details like:

    • Your Facebook link

    • Any Coffee with the Pastor info ☕

    • Your website URL 🌐

    • Other Contact Custom Fields for your context

This allows the Automated Workflow to insert the correct information into your messages automatically.

5. Assign the Automated Workflow to a Group

  • Next, select the Group to which the Automated Workflow should connect.

  • For example, if you’re building the Boomerang Builder™, select your First-Time Guest group.

6. Review and Launch

  • Once you’ve saved, you’ll see your Automated Workflow fully built with multiple steps already set up for you.

  • From here, you can:

    • Edit messages ✏️

    • Pause steps ⏸️

    • Or leave them active ✅
