Once you’ve finished a task, it’s important to mark it as completed so your task list stays up to date.
Here’s how to do it:
1. Go to the Task Section
From your dashboard, open the Tasks section.
2. Select the Task
Find the task you’ve completed.
Click the box next to the task to select it.
3. Choose an Action
Once your task is selected, click on the Actions menu.
You’ll see several options:
✅ Mark as Completed – marks the task finished
👤 Reassign – move the task to another team member
🗂️ Move to a Different Category – update the task category
🗑️ Delete – remove the task entirely
4. Mark as Completed
If you’ve finished the task, select 'Mark as Completed'.
The task will now be marked as complete, helping you maintain a clean and organized Automated Workflow. 🎉
