How to Complete a Task

Once you’ve finished a task, it’s important to mark it as completed so your task list stays up to date.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to the Task Section

  • From your dashboard, open the Tasks section.

2. Select the Task

  • Find the task you’ve completed.

  • Click the box next to the task to select it.

3. Choose an Action

  • Once your task is selected, click on the Actions menu.

  • You’ll see several options:

    • Mark as Completed – marks the task finished

    • 👤 Reassign – move the task to another team member

    • 🗂️ Move to a Different Category – update the task category

    • 🗑️ Delete – remove the task entirely

4. Mark as Completed

  • If you’ve finished the task, select 'Mark as Completed'.

  • The task will now be marked as complete, helping you maintain a clean and organized Automated Workflow. 🎉
