šŸ“ Where to Find Your File Storage

To access your File Storage:

  1. Head to the left-hand menu

  2. Click ā€œToolsā€

  3. Select ā€œFile Storageā€

You’ll now see everything you’ve ever uploaded to your Text In Church account, all in one place.

šŸ” What You Can Do in File Storage

Here’s what’s possible once you're in:

  • Click on any file to preview it

  • Rename files by clicking the three dots next to the file

  • Move files into folders for better organization

  • Create new folders by clicking ā€œAdd Folderā€

This is a great way to organize media for different ministries (e.g., Youth, Worship, Events) or campaigns.

šŸ–¼ What Files Can I Upload?

You can upload:

  • PNG or JPEG image files (like logos or event graphics)

  • Short video clips

  • Any small media assets you want to use in emails or texts

šŸ“± Texting Tip: Files must be under 500KB to be included in a text message. Larger files work great for emails or landing pages.

Want to include your logo or a photo in a message?

  1. Create a new message (text or email)

  2. Choose your audience

  3. In the message editor, click ā€œAdd Mediaā€

  4. Select your desired file from your storage

  5. Click Insert

Just like that, your media appears in your message—branded, polished, and personal.

āœ… Why Use File Storage?

Having a central place for your media helps you:

  • Save time when creating messages

  • Stay consistent with branding

  • Keep ministry visuals organized and easy to access

  • Quickly plug in images without re-uploading them each time
