Let’s walk through how to access and understand your Connect Card Reports in just a few clicks.

📍 Step 1: Navigate to Your Connect Cards

In your Text In Church account:

  • Click “Connect” on the left-hand menu

  • Then select “Cards”

Here you’ll see a list of all the Connect Cards you've created.

📊 Step 2: View At-a-Glance Stats

For each Connect Card, you’ll see quick insights like:

  • Type of card (Standard or Multi-Step)

  • Linked group (if connected to a ministry group)

  • Number of visits (how many people opened it)

  • Completions (how many people submitted the form)

  • Completion rate (the percentage of people who finished it)

These top-level metrics give you a quick pulse on how well your Connect Cards are working.

📥 Step 3: Dive Into the Full Report

Want to see detailed responses and activity?

  • Click the “Report” button next to any card

  • A window will open showing detailed metrics and form submissions

Need to analyze or archive this info?

  • Click “Download CSV” to export the data

  • The file will be saved to your computer’s Downloads folder and can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet tool
