Steps Below 🔽
Step 1: Open the People Section 👥
From the main menu, head to the People section.
Click on the dropdown menu in the top right corner.
Select Quick Add.
Step 2: Enter People Details ✏️
In the Quick Add window, you can enter:
First and Last Name
Email Address
Primary Phone Number 📱
Group Assignment – choose the group you’d like to place them in immediately.
Need to add more than one person? Simply click Add Row ➕ to keep entering new records.
Step 3: Confirm Permission ✅
Before adding people, make sure you toggle on:
“I have obtained explicit permission to send email or text messages to these contacts.”
This ensures compliance and protects your church from spam complaints.
Step 4: Add People 🎯
Once all information is entered, click Add People and your new contacts will be saved instantly.
