How to Quick Add People

The Quick Add feature makes it simple to enter multiple contacts at once, assign them to groups, and get them ready for communication.

Why Use Quick Add?

The Quick Add tool is perfect for:

  • Quickly getting contacts into the right group for follow-up. πŸ’¬

It saves time ⏱️ and keeps your people organized, so you can focus on building relationships instead of data entry. πŸ™Œ

Steps Below πŸ”½

Step 1: Open the People Section πŸ‘₯

  1. From the main menu, head to the People section.

  2. Click on the dropdown menu in the top right corner.

  3. Select Quick Add.

Step 2: Enter People Details ✏️

In the Quick Add window, you can enter:

  • First and Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Primary Phone Number πŸ“±

  • Group Assignment – choose the group you’d like to place them in immediately.

Need to add more than one person? Simply click Add Row βž• to keep entering new records.

Step 3: Confirm Permission βœ…

Before adding people, make sure you toggle on:
β€‹β€œI have obtained explicit permission to send email or text messages to these contacts.”
This ensures compliance and protects your church from spam complaints.

Step 4: Add People 🎯

Once all information is entered, click Add People and your new contacts will be saved instantly.
