Editing a Record ✏️
At any time, you can click the three dots in the top right corner of their profile to edit details or add new information. This ensures your records stay up to date and relevant.
1. Overview Tab 👤
This is the main snapshot of that person’s record. From here, you can quickly view:
Custom Fields – Additional details unique to your church (like volunteer role, birthday, or prayer needs).
Comments – Internal notes about this person for staff or volunteer reference.
Connected Items – See which Connect Cards, Automated Workflows, and Groups they’re linked to.
This gives you a clear picture of how they are engaging with your church.
2. Giving Tab 💳
If your church tracks donations, you’ll see a dedicated Giving Tab where you can review the person’s contributions. This provides quick access to their giving history in one place.
3. Messages Tab 💬
Under Messages, you can view all text messages and emails sent to this person. This helps ensure your communication is consistent and that no one falls through the cracks.
4. Logs Tab 📜
The Logs section records activity tied to this individual—things like workflow progress, group updates, or communication history. This makes it easy to see what’s already been done and what’s next.
